Today, a general meeting presided over by Uttam Adhyapak was held. Date, venue and the budget of the re-union program has been approved in the meeting & a committee was formed to run Bandhoi as an organization to achieve the motto of forming an Emergency Distress Fund for the bandhoi family along with the re-union celebration on 21st Oct/12. Idea of EDI was proposed by Abhijit Bora and everyone present in the meeting liked it. Sub committees were formed to make the re-union an all round success. A Colourful Directory, which was planned to publish looks for 'Bandhoi's support in the form of data related to him and his family. All Bandhois are requested to collect/download the prescribed form and to submit/mail the same within 20th Sept.
ReplyDeleteFor the Core Committee Ishan Jyoti Bordoloi and Tridib Dutta were nominated as President and Secretary respectively for a biannual term.
My appeal to you to be a proud member of the Bandhoi Community, which for the Bandhoi, of the Bandhoi.
